Notes

WU: 2+ miles solo. Not a completely normal wu. Started a bit earlier than normal. 5min, then bathroom break, then another mile with a tempo piece. Then some random short runs. Somewhat trying to mimic Alumni. However, really just felt weak.

CD: 4+ with Hero. He was nice enough to check out my finish and join me for the cool down. Made things go by quick and fun.
