Day off on Sunday as my left foot is feeling that dull pain again. Generally just lacking pop yesterday.
Met Sutton and Mitch. They did a long run yesterday so today was easy which I was fine with. Wouldn't have minded doing a little more but I think I'm attempting a long run tomorrow so that's the focus.
