Met Mitch and Jake for a long run. Mitch had grand plans of 18 with a progression/tempo parts, but that got thrown out the window when we encountered consistent ice. I'm sure I would have gotten used to a faster pace if we could, but I didn't feel great when we did have time between ice sheets.
So lots of shorts steps on the ice, but we still never dropped slower than 7:30. Sutton stopped at 12 and cursing us with talk of doughnuts while we continued for 4 more at a bit faster pace (better bike path conditions). Finished not feeling that tired, but a little worried I'll be feeling the ice and occasional slipping tomorrow.
