Notes

Scott's gone for the rest of the week so I ran with Rachel at a much more moderate pace. Still some sitting water but it's manageable. I'm pretty unsure of how much running I should do or if I should rest some, but I'm pretty sure I'm going to try to get my last long run in soon.

Whether you want my advice or not, I'm going to tell you what I think you should do since these comments are non-screenable. This week: moderate mileage, enough to keep you feeling strong and fit but not so much that you don't recover from D2D. Next Week: Moderate mileage plus a little, to keep you feeling strong. Week After Next: Moderate mileage minus a little so you are fresh for the race.

I like it, but my main internal debate is I want to do one last substantial long run and one more long workout on roads. Any thoughts?

I was thinking long run tomorrow (it won't be ideal to do it this weekend), and then some workout next week ~10 days before race.
