First night in Huxley and it's another cool morning. I had thoughts of exploring the town but I really wanted to check out the main expected running location, the bike path. It is well shaded by trees (though I worry it being a East-West path that the sun will shine through more often). Sadly, it does appear to be mostly paved instead of the preferred gravel.
And even sadder, the path is closed 1mile in... And annoyingly, it's not even the bike path that is under construction, it's the road that is crossed. But maybe that means it will be completed sooner.
So back into town I go and started on my goal of running every road in town but crisscrossing some nearby neighborhoods. Not too interesting, also not expecting much from runs these days.
