UNI Dome

Notes

Met up with Rachel at the UNI Dome. Goal here was to do some strides in spikes but the track was off-limits thanks to some country-bumpkin concert. Decided just to run indoors anyway, plan was to double but I went longer than anticipated and might just take it easy.
