1st time venturing a run after breakfast in a over a week. And not surprising, it was hot and sunny. But my only goal today was to do some hill sprints. I had 2 options for hills right next to each other (I guess more of a valley than 2 hills). Neither proved quite right as neither's steepest part lasted 30sec or even 20sec maybe. Adding it the less-steep beginning and end made it close to 30sec though. Convenience might win here but I certainly have better options another another 1/2 mile away on streets or gravel.
