For the second Saturday in a row, I was running before 6AM. That's when the group was running (though once together, we realized the guy who needed this early time wasn't showing up). Unfortunately they all moved their long run to Sunday so I only had company for 8 miles. But I was grateful for the 8 and then hopped on trails. Felt a bit crappy for a few miles before feeling good again. Grabbed a mile-ish of barefoot but the ground was still wet and cold and my feet got numb. After that I didn't work very hard as I finished the long run.
