I got up early but I guess I still didn't get out the door until after 7. The good news was that I missed the preceding and forthcoming rain/snow. But the wait didn't waken up my legs. They needed more hours (perhaps better to count in days). This was about as slow of run as I've done as I didn't break 8min until mile 5 and still my fastest mile was 7:45. I guess that's what I get for doing 4 runs in 40 hours!
