Notes
The rain finished early so I still ran before lunch. My right achilles was not happy today. Lately, it seems to feel better waking up and then worse when I start running... not sure if that's better or worse.
So the run was basically either feeling free and smooth with the wind at my back or pretty sluggish going into the wind.
