I was looking to have a pretty easy run, but also not sure if the weather will force a day off tomorrow.
So my plan changed to go an hour or more until I started running and just felt terrible. Like I haven't since before Xmas.
I probably would have just stopped at 5, except I had already carried my spikes to the park to do some strides. So I did 6 of those and timed them to push me to 7.
