A lot of small setbacks on this run, starting with me forgetting to double-check my workout before leaving the office. I ended up being right (2 x (6,5,4,3,2,1min @ mara,1/2mara,10k,8k,5k,3k pace) and then just guessed on recovery (1-2min after reps, 5min after set). Never really felt smooth the entire workout, and was certainly not completely recovered from the long run, but at least I was never close to not finishing and felt strong enough all the way through. Do I even know what a good workout should feel like anymore?
