Notes

I thought after an easy 5 miles and then 2 days off would have left my legs feeling better. Instead, they felt pretty bleh. Maybe slab climbing? Maybe who cares.

The path was very clean to begin with but getting rockier. My right ankle felt strong but not as mobile as the left. I took the downhill very carefully but it wasn't ideal. I must have been getting complacent as I remember my mind starting to wander. That led to me agrivating the twisted ankle. I didn't really twist it again, more so just put too much stress on it while trying to stabilise. Should be alright I hope, but I turned around to cut the run short.
