Yeah, I'm calling it a distance run, I don't care if it will be the longest run of the week (pending). Debate: what does the "quality" rating mean for a normal distance run? I accomplished what I wanted to do. Really the only thing that would change is how difficult it was which would be covered in the effort rating. I suppose it can be a high quality even with high effort.
