Notes
Morning run since I was up and there was little wind. My goal was to do some 200's but thought I'd get some other preliminary reps beforehand. WU was a slow 2+miles then a laissez-faire 4min tempo to get the legs moving.
4x1/2mile, all done about 5:30 pace while I was shooting for a little faster. The 3rd rep was on pace, maybe due to adrenaline caused my a course detour after a parking lot intersection was oddly busy.
2x35sec hills. I wasn't planning this as I didn't think there would be any inclines nearby, but this fit in nicely as prep for 200's
4x30sec. I didn't actually map out 200m, but this was close enough. I have very little experience with 200m repeats so I'm not sure what pace or feeling is desired; ended up about 4:20pace for each.
Another meh workout, though also one that isn't meant to indicate any kind of fitness. I'm tired of the ice and snow, that's for sure.
