Got the long run after not doing any run more than 7miles since last Monday, geesh. Today was warm but windy, I would have gladly traded 20degrees colder for 20mph less wind. I started north before turning straight into the western wind which resulted in my 3rd mile being my slowest of the day and an 8+min mile.
I didn't feel super today, my stomach was a tad uneasy to start and I didn't close with some fast miles. But if those are the only complaints than it is still a successful long run.
