Notes
This was just a crap run: my legs felt like crap, my stomach felt like crap, plenty of crap coming out of me, the trifecta. I suppose I felt fine aerobically. Annoyingly, my back, after feeling fine over the weekend, didn't feel great, not sure if that had to be with doing more sitting or being on pavement.
This was an interesting route, lots of elevation change for no real hills.
