Notes
First run that felt like a summer run (not the good kind). Though I never felt overheated and certainly not overexerted, I steadily was tiring throughout the run. Ran 9 miles with Katie on trails and dikes, mostly shaded. Most of the trails were pretty wide but with an obvious singletrack in the middle - probably would have been better on the lower legs to just stick with the singletrack. Finished 12 by myself feeling weary but rearing to go quicker. A few hours later I was pretty dead.
