Notes
The sun is definitely getting more intense, but still not summer hot or humid yet. Started the run with Hero this time and we did the regular loop. A good start but I still needed an hour more after he was done.
That did leave me plenty of time to do all of Denman's. My legs were pretty tired by the end, but did a Squirrel's Nest outer loop and headed back to get the final 20min.
