Notes
Interval workout, 8 x 400m @ whatever pace. Started out about 5:15/5:20 mile pace. Last 3 were sub 5. I wish I could have done this somewhere besides the dome, with it's 200m track (normal, I know) and dry air (also normal for indoors, but I've been somewhat sick the past few days and dry air didn't help). Did some work I guess, not sure what it means.
