Ran with Sutton, I said I wanted up to 10 and could do some hills, I guess that meant we were doing a hill workout. And his version is going hard on the downhills too. I know he's much fitter than I, but this seemed more than either of us were shooting for.

My glutes were destroyed by the 3rd rep as we started steep and then the slight uphill after that just made it a speed session while exhausted. That also lead to barely being able to control my bowels (which is so much easier in the cold, too), so I let Sutton do the last rep on his own.

I could use more than 1 day to recover, but an ice storm tomorrow is a good excuse to take the day off.
