Drove to a park for a run but realized I left some clothes and my watch at the office. Could have still run in just my shoes an half-tights but decided not to. Also just ate pizza towards the end of work which was unusual. So test drove a car instead and ran once I got home. Wanted to try to get my legs moving on this run, but thought I should ease into it. So a slight tempo up a longer hill. Didn't feel good. Ran 2 of my steep hills. Felt no bounce in my stride, just reaching with every step. So gave up on hills or any other repeats and just randomly did some strides and form drills on the way back. Those felt good.
