Notes
Another short one as I stressed my back a tad last night but mostly I'm being excessive on the recovery before attempting a workout on Sunday. Or at least that's the plan. I did the Huxley trails, first time in nearly 3 weeks as I hadn't been sure how much damage was out there. The back part was closed off and I didn't duck under the construction tape to check it out.
