Notes
Back on the morning run routine. The ankle is feeling much less painful and slightly more flexible. We didn't go nearly as fast this morning (happy face) and I also led for a bit which allowed me to take the turns at my pace.
Fairly optimistic about my ankle and how fast it's gotten better. I probably should have taken more time off from running but maybe I'll take tomorrow off (it may be silly, but I tend to have my rest days planned [This weekend's family reunion for example since I won't have anyone to run with]).
