Notes
I woke up feeling pretty stiff in my lower legs, odd, but I guess Saturday was my longest continuous run in a month. That feeling remained as I started the run, but I actually ended up running my first mile faster than usual.
I got to Prairie Ridge and ran barefoot for almost 3 miles. I opted to go here as it has great grass but with the possibility of getting kicked out. I kept to a short 1/3 mile stretch outside the soccer fields and close to sidewalks to stay away from the mowers. And that is why I didn't quite make 3 miles as maintenance workers became nearby. Regardless, the barefoot was amazing, spectacular even.
The good feeling continued on the return trip home. I guess I need to do more of this.
