Notes
Another night run as it was very hot out and I was not optimistic about a long run. But I made sure to not eat too much before running and I stepped out the door feeling pretty good. It was also nice to just get into that long run mindset and not really think about how far I'd gone until I was an hour in - wish I could do that most days. Flexed the legs at a few points for some variety but otherwise just a normal long run without much change in pace.
