Treadmill

Notes

1st treadmill and 1st double in a long time. Neither were planned nor really necessary. But I had some spare time after work and decided that I only wanted to suit up for a run once today. Fun to wear shorts, but otherwise the usual boring dreadmill. Still, the miles went by quickly enough.
