Maybe forcing a workout too soon to make sure that I have some rest before a Saturday race, but I did feel pretty good. 2.5mile warmup then 2.5mi tempo. Still stuck around 6min for tempo, so maybe that's just where I'm at right now.
3 x 1/4mi hills. 3 x 45sec @ mile pace. My workouts continue to be unimpressive but at least they are starting to feel better. Just hoping that feeling good will translate to faster over the next month.
