Notes
Warm up: 3 miles. Took me awhile to register and was a bit rushed to the start line (only to wait for the race to start 20min late) so didn't get a great warm up. Ran with Drew and felt fairly good.
Cool down: 1 mile from Drew's apartment (drove over right after race), legs started out stiff and didn't feel like waiting for them to get loose so only did 1 mile.
