Probably shouldn't be running intervals with the way I've been feeling but I did. I got it in my head it was a good opportunity to run on the UNI track since I was running at lunch and UNI was still on christmas break (though apparently track athletes are back in town). Still felt mostly good today.

These workouts are still more about getting used to faster paces, spikes, and tight turns. I'm not trying to do any anaerobic or race-pace training. Today was 5x300 at probably mile/3k pace. Felt better than my last track session but still not comfortable in spikes or on the indoor track. Maybe I should just race instead of doing intervals.
