Notes

Track workout with Drew at Coe's track. Thankfully the winds didn't affect the pace much. Started with a mile in 4:56, 4min rest and another mile in 4:57. Wasn't sure about another mile so did a 1200m in 3:32. Could have done another mile but wanted to go a bit faster. A few strides at the end. Overall felt good though now feel more optimistic about a 5k than a 10k.
