Same hill workout as last week, this time Rachel joined me. Sounds like she might actually race at Alumni now. This isn't a speedy workout so it worked to have someone else there (something I haven't had for a workout in a long time). I was happy to do this in the parking ramp again since it was icy everywhere and very windy, both of which were negated by the parking ramp. I didn't do as much striding between hills (4xhills btw) because I was feeling tired from the hills. In the end it went well and I don't feel very sore the next day.
