After missing a workout on Friday, I finally got around to doing a replacement one.
I thought to do a trail on the opposite side of the main trail, but unfortunately, the nice double wide trail only lasted a quarter mile. Maybe should have just gone to the main trail (much fewer people than yesterday).
I did 10 repeats of quarter miles. Hard to measure effort vs pace as this was on a sandy trail with a good amount of curves, but started around 6min pace and finished around 5:30, never really killing myself with 1min recoveries.
