Not sure if this was better than last Thursday, but I did 6 x 500m, all of them about 5min pace. I think I felt smoother in spikes this time but I'm getting winded faster than I think I should. Though it's not as if I've been completely recovered in awhile, so this will probably be my hardest effort until Saturday.
