Cold July morning, ideal for a workout I suppose. Scott wanted hill repeats and my legs were feeling pretty good actually. Nevertheless I almost quit after the 1st repeat. It was hard. The next one was even faster and on the third my feet started slipping as I lost strength. At least they weren't getting harder as I recovered before each on. The fourth: I was given the reins and led instead of Scott which motivated me enough to power along. The fifth and final repeat I was happy just to have gotten to. Beforehand I was thinking the fifth might overdo it but I conserved energy and didn't go as fast as the previous 4. Glad to get through this one without completely breaking and hopefully won't be very sore.
5 x ~4min hills (however long it took us to do a 1 1/2 loops - uphill, downhill, uphill) w/ 3min recovery.
