3 mile warmup, 3 mile tempo. It wasn't exactly supposed to be tempo: I was envisioning more of a short progression. But I got going a little quick in the first mile and just kept all 3 miles a little under 6min. I was feeling good for that first mile, so I'm happy that's the reason I was quicker than planned. Actually felt pretty good the whole time, even with some rolling hills that I usually avoid during tempos.
I finished with 6 hill repeats, just 30sec long so not trying to work too hard. Goal is to finish every workout with some faster stuff.
