I had planned to run yesterday but realized my week was already good enough as I keep building mileage. So today became a run day. Another cool one and it felt good to casually get a few hills. I did attempt a couple of hill sprints to get that into the routine. Those aggravated my groin slightly, so glad I only did a few.
P.S. I forgot to lament on Friday of the annual removal of porta-johns in Ankeny. Always a sad time.
