My first plan was to run before going into work, then my plan was to run before the company-sponsored lunch, but plans kept changing and I ran after work. Though this did allow me to get on trails (and the plan to overeat lunch wouldn't have worked anyway since they were running out of food, which ended up being good that I didn't have a huge lunch before running).

I was feeling quite 'meh' during the day. Some sore legs, a questionable stomach, and draining motivation, but the run went very smoothly even with a bathroom break at Casey's.

I finished at 7.5 but added on some gradual-hill sprints, which got me to 8.5 so I just made it 9. Which is good since I hadn't realized how many 8 milers that I've been doing. Sort of in a run right now of 7-9 miles. Hopefully get in a long run in the next 2 days.

Side note: I've noticed my left foot hurts after each time I run trails. Probably not an issue since trails won't be runnable too much this time of year, but also not preferable.
