Wasn't sure if I was going to do a workout after I ate a lot between runs and generally after being tired recently and trying new type of shoes today. The stomach wasn't feeling good but I managed to not get a sideache until after the run and I only wanted to vomit every mile or so. Nevertheless, I owned this progression run. 15min tempo, 7min 10k (at first wanted to go longer but then turned into wind and slowed my momentum), 3min 5k, 1min 3k/mile. All pretty fast if my senses and markers can be trusted. The last minute might have been overkill, oh well.
