Notes
This run started off a bit bumpy. Thought my quads might be tired from the downhills or glutes from the uphills but it was my knees and ankles that needed a lot of warming up. Picked up my cadence to reduce the pounding and got into a rhythm. Started out thinking 4 miles, then added some to get to the prairie, then some for barefoot, then some to scramble around some trails, and ended up with a good-feeling 8. At least what I thought was 8, apparently I accidently stopped my watch at some point.
