I had a few hours on Sunday to myself so I figured I'd get out on what would seem a pointless run. The goals were simply to see how I felt and not miss 3 days in a row. But the only result of this run was suffering.
Quite hot and humid, and since I knew this would only be 30min, I didn't really try to stay in the shade (like a fool). Also had an upset stomach from wedding partying. So, of course, I needed an emergency bathroom break. I thought I'd be conservative and stop at 3 miles, though by the time I got there it felt like I couldn't have waited 1 more sec. Annnnnd then I stopped again less than a 1/2 mile later.
