Guess I'll call it an Interval. Did the classic Pasche workout of 2-4-1-4-2 minutes at 5k-10k-3k-10k-5k. I think it went well but was unsure about the pace. Started the 5k on gravel and thought it was fast, got back on the roads by the 3k and the 2nd 10k piece got going pretty fast, then turned into the wind for the last 2 minutes and pushed harder. Didn't think (supposedly) 8mph winds would be that nasty. Just 7 tomorrow then I'm taking it easy.
