Notes

After snowing earlier in the day and stepping outside after work, it was clearly colder and windier than I had expected. Luckily, I barely had brought enough clothes to feel good enough, though I did change the location of my run. Instead of starting from the climbing gym, I started further South so I could do some bike trails. Urbandale has a good system of bike trails behind houses, so I was very protected from the wind. The only downside was I had to start running with the wind at my back (generally) for a few miles.
