Run with Helix and Drew on some trails. The most hills I've done since NY and my achilles did well on them. Really, my achilles seems to do fine on runs, but afterward, it rebels and hurts for a bit.
The pace was slower with Helix, which felt nice but still maybe too hot to feel super easy.
