Notes

These workouts are starting to add up and my body is not happy. Lower back hurt when I woke up and lower legs were not thrilled about running. I probably should be cautious and find some time off but I'm forging ahead instead. Another hill workout, each one seems to be harder than the last (due to not being recovered from the last one). So if I stick with this plan, I'm assuming my body will either adapt and get used to it, or it will break.
