Notes

This was one of Scott's heart rate runs, meaning he tries to hit a certain heart rate the entire time, meaning he gets the pace going fast right away, and then we gradually slow down the rest of the run. Not my favorite way to run, as most of us Luther runners are used to starting slower and finishing faster. But running isn't always about being in your comfort zone ya know.
