WU: 2 miles with Drew, Birch, and Cholo. Started early as Birch and Cholo were doing longer warmups, which I would have been happy to do if healthy. Instead I finished 2 with Drew and realized I still had appx 40min until my anchor leg of the 4x16. Ugh, some laps and strides were thrown in.
CD: Larger group towards roslien. Slow but fun.
