Kept this one pretty chill the first couple miles as it was cold and I didn't want to overdo it. I meandered over to the gravel which ended up being a big disappointment as the wind was much worse out here (no surprise, but it wasn't that bad in town). So most of this was on streets and sidewalks. Got the usual burst of tempo from 8-12 miles with the wind at my back as I cruised back into town. Slowed down the last mile to throw in a few semi-strides. Good run.
This brings an end to my 'Coordination Phase,' now I'm doing a sort of taper (freshening up) before my first outdoor race 2 weekends from now (The Fools 5k in Cedar Falls). Then it's 4 straight weeks of racing.
