Finishing August with another lovely day: overcast, low temps, not very humid. I wish I could have taken more advantage of the past few weeks with more mileage but it is what it is.
I went to Sycamore again because I don't feel like driving further or doing hills. I had a higher cadence than usual but still a pretty easy run.
And a note to potentially look back upon: my left foot has been lightly hurting occasionally lately, likely (terrible sentence) to do with achilles slight form changes. I don't think it's exactly like the pain I had before my right foot broke 8 years ago but... just another thing to worry about.
