Back at it and on the track. The Outdoor Track! Yep, no more snow on the track and oddly no standing water either, and since UNI is on Spring Break, it's all mine.

Workout: another stride session, stride the straightaways, run the curves (try not to just jog them). Felt pretty good, not really sure about pace. Arms felt a bit heavy and needed to swing more than preferred.
